Terms of Servicelast updated November 4, 2026
The short versionSnoobl turns a few photos and a line of context into a short film using AI. You pay with credits you buy up front. Your films are yours, commercial use included.Don't use it to make anything illegal, sexual, hateful or deceptive about real people. If a render fails, you get the credits back automatically. You can export your data or delete your account yourself, any time. The rest of this page says the same thing with more words, because some things need to be exact.
1. The agreementThese terms are an agreement between you and Ariana Suisse AG, Chaltenbodenstrasse 8, 8834 Schindellegi, Switzerland, which operates Snoobl ("Snoobl", "we", "us"). By using Snoobl — the website, the apps, the API or the MCP server — you agree to them. If you use Snoobl for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you're allowed to.There's no minimum age to use Snoobl. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or legal guardian's permission: they accept these terms for you and are responsible for how you use Snoobl, including any purchases.
2. Accounts and workspacesYou can try the studio without an account; that work lives in a temporary workspace tied to your browser or device until you sign in. Rendering a film requires an account.Keep your sign-in details and API keys to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what teammates you invite do with the workspace's shared credits. Owners and admins control who's on a workspace, what each person may spend, and can remove people.
3. Your content and your filmsWhat you upload (photos, documents, links, notes, logos) stays yours. The films, storyboards and other output Snoobl generates for you are yours too, to the extent the law allows AI-generated work to be owned — and you may use them commercially: ads, product pages, social, wherever. To run the service we need your permission to store, process, transform and display your content and output — on our systems and with the providers that do the actual work (see the privacy policy). That permission is limited to operating, securing and improving Snoobl for you, and ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups and logs that expire on their own.We don't sell your content, and we don't use your uploads or films to train our own AI models. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including logos, product shots and anything showing a real person — and that using it this way doesn't break anyone else's rights.
4. The showcase, remixes and share linksFilms are private by default. If you opt a film into the Snoobl showcase, you allow us to display it publicly (including on our homepage and in marketing) and you allow anyone to remix it — meaning they can copy that project's brief, storyboard and settings into their own workspace and make their own film from it. They don't get your account, your uploads' originals, or your other projects. You can opt a film back out at any time; it then stops being shown and can't be newly remixed. Remixes people already made stay theirs. We may remove a film from the showcase for any reason.A public share link lets anyone with the link watch that one film. Revoking it kills the link.
5. What you can't doDon't use Snoobl to create or spread content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent; that sexualises or endangers minors in any way; that impersonates or misleads people about a real person, or shows a real person without their consent; or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.Don't try to get around our content safeguards, rate limits, credit system or security; don't scrape the service or reverse-engineer it; don't resell access to it without our written OK; and don't use it to build a competing model. We may block requests, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that do any of this. Briefs and prompts are checked automatically, and content may be reviewed by a person when something is flagged or reported.
6. Credits and paymentsRendering costs credits. What each option costs is shown before you render and on the pricing page; storyboarding and chatting with the Director are free. Each credit has a US$1 face value for use in Snoobl. Credits are bought in one-time packs, with discounts on larger packs. New accounts receive 10 free credits. The iOS app shows prices in your App Store currency. There are no subscriptions. If a render fails on our side, the credits it cost are refunded to your workspace automatically. Beyond that, purchased credits are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred between workspaces, and are lost if you delete the workspace they're in. Free credits are a gift we may change or withdraw.Auto top-up is off unless you switch it on. When it's on, we charge your saved payment method for the pack you chose whenever your balance drops below your threshold, up to the monthly cap you set. You can switch it off at any time.Payments on the web are processed by Stripe; purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple and follow Apple's terms. Prices may differ between platforms. Taxes are added where required. We may change prices for future purchases; credits you already hold keep their value.Until a workspace's first purchase, its renders carry a Snoobl watermark.
7. API, webhooks and MCPAPI keys act for your whole workspace and spend its credits — treat them like passwords, and revoke any that leak. API use is rate-limited and covered by these same terms. You're responsible for what your integrations and agents do with your keys.
8. It's AI — check the outputGenerated films can be wrong, odd, or similar to what someone else generated. A film may not look exactly like your product, and text or logos in it may come out imperfect. Review everything before you publish it; you're responsible for how you use it.We use third-party AI models to write storyboards and render video, and we change which models and providers we use as better ones appear. When the right model for a job is unavailable, we tell you and don't charge, rather than quietly swapping in a worse one.
9. Availability and changesWe work to keep Snoobl running, but it's provided as is: it may be slow, down, or changed, and features marked as coming soon may never ship. We don't promise any particular result, quality or uptime.
10. Ending thingsYou can stop using Snoobl whenever you like, and delete your account yourself in settings — that removes your personal workspace and everything in it, including unused credits. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or where the law requires it. If we close your account for a reason other than a violation, we'll refund unused purchased credits.
11. LiabilityTo the fullest extent the law allows: Snoobl comes without warranties of any kind; we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data; and our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.If someone brings a claim against us because of what you uploaded or how you used a film in breach of these terms, you'll cover the reasonable costs that causes us.
12. The fine printWe may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect; carrying on using Snoobl after that means you accept it.These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the company operating Snoobl is established, without affecting any mandatory protections of the country you live in. If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. The English version is the one that counts; translations are for convenience.Questions, complaints, or something we got wrong? Write to hello@snoobl.com. A human reads it.
Your films are yours. Commercial use included — no asterisk.
